What information about users is stored in this system?

The information stored in the user profile includes email, username, password (encrypted with one-way algorithms), the time of the last login to the account and the date of the last use of the web service. All this data is stored in compliance with security standards.

Is the content of requests and responses sent to the web service stored?

No. In the web service section, only the following three items are recorded: the name of the requested web service, the amount deducted from the user's account, and the exact time the request was sent. The input and output content of the requests is not stored or logged at any level and is considered completely ephemeral.

Who is responsible for maintaining the API key and how can a new key be generated?

The user is fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the web service key (API Key). In the event of disclosure, theft, or the need to replace the key, the user can generate and activate a new key at any time through his user panel. The previous key will be deactivated immediately after the new key is generated.

Is it possible to get a refund (refund) after charging the account?

In order to assess the feasibility and quality of the services, all new users are given a gift balance (initial balance) by default to test the system's performance before any costs. Given this facility, after increasing the balance and charging the account, there will be no possibility of refunding or refunding the balance to the user under any circumstances, and all deposit amounts will be considered non-refundable.

Is charging the account via digital currency subject to tax?

Due to security and authentication requirements, the email entered at the time of registration is considered the main and unchangeable identifier and cannot be edited. However, the username is completely changeable and the user can edit it at any time through the user panel.

How can I change my password?

Users can change their password at any time and without any restrictions, through the security settings section in the user panel. To ensure the correctness of the operation, it is mandatory to enter the current password along with the new password (twice).

What is the official support and guidance channel?

The only official and reliable support channel for this service is the Telegram direct messenger, whose address is listed in the footer (bottom) of the website. No support is provided via email, phone or other messengers. You are warned not to trust any account or channel other than the address listed in the website footer to protect yourself from any possible fraud and abuse.

Do all web services have the same terms and conditions?

No. Each web service has its own terms, rules, restrictions, and fees. The user is required to read the dedicated page of that service before using each web service and become fully aware of its terms and conditions.
